Access Control Systems at 21600 8th Street East, Sonoma, California.

BEWARE!!! Access Control Systems installed my driveway gates two years ago. The installation was fine and all was working well. Unfortunately I have been having problems with the gates in just the past two months. The current repair staff who responded to the call for repair were beyond unsatisfactory in their response and inability to diagnose and fix the problem. NOTE: One of the persons mentioned that the original company had gone out of business and someone new had taken it over including the name. One person was there for at least 6 hours and was NEVER able to fix the problem!!! But they billed me for the time anyway!

The latest person they sent to "fix" the problem told me that the gate required transformers (not installed originally) and was not up to code, despite the fact the the fire department/building inspector approved the installation. This particular person was rude, arrogant and I strongly believe he was trying to simply sell me services I don't need. Told me he wouldn't work on gate unless I allowed him to bring it up to code! So much for the warranty which I'm sure is no longer valid due to multiple persons being sent to "fix" the problem -- all unsuccessfully!

I will be looking for another company to service my gate. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!
